30-day Return and Refund Policy

We will accept return’s and refund’s under the following conditions.

We’ll send a single sample packet with your order for you to try before opening the big container.

So you try the sample and if you don’t like it, you can return the tub still sealed with the neckband.

If the tub is opened then it is therefore non refundable. If you’d like to start a refund, please contact us below.
